The best way to do this is to create a Position on Hired. You can do this by importing open reqs from your ATS or creating a position manually based on skills and experience you would like in a potential candidate. Positions act like a saved search for candidates. We'll use all of this information to deliver a pipeline of candidates that match these specifications.
You can also utilize our Search Candidates function, which acts as a boolean search. Although it has most of the same filters from the Position function, Search Candidates can be especially useful for more niche roles and candidate skill sets.
Regardless of the number of candidate results at one given time, keep in mind that new candidates get added to the platform every day. Positions help give us a signal of demand for the skills you are looking for, so we can go out and find new candidates based on your needs.
