*Reduce Bias Filter: Focusing on a candidate’s skills and experiences, rather than their gender, race or ethnicity, allows for unbiased decisions in your interview process. The “Reduce Bias” filter hides candidate names and photos to enable bias-free hiring. To activate this feature, navigate to the top right corner of your “Find Talent” tab and toggle the filter on.
*Assessments Enriched Profiles: Focus on skills and information that is most relevant to a candidate’s ability to be successful on the job. Getting a read on candidate skills early on in your hiring process can also shorten your hiring process.
**Salary Bias Alert: Men are offered more money for the same role at the same company 61% of the time. With Salary Bias Alerts, you will be notified before you make the offer and given the option to revise if you have made an offer that is outside the range that you typically offer for the same position.
