Reduce Bias Filter: Focusing on a candidate’s skills and experiences, rather than their gender, race or ethnicity, allows for unbiased decisions in your interview process. The “Reduce Bias” filter hides candidate names and photos to enable bias-free hiring. To activate this feature, navigate to the top right corner of your “Find Talent” tab and toggle the filter on.
