When a candidate creates their profile on Hired, they have the option to include a preferences section.
Our new preference matching/mismatching feature allows you to see if candidates' preferences align with your team before even sending out an interview request! Any matches or mismatches will be visible underneath the candidate's name within a Position's search results, as well as above the message section of the interview request.
The matches/mismatches are based on the information entered on the employer profile. Due to this, we recommend making sure your employer profile is up to date so that it is the most accurate in terms of matching!
