Candidate Preferences

When candidate's create their profile, they have the option to include a preference section- acting as a loose wishlist for their next opportunity. These preferences can include aspects of company culture, company size, industry, tech stack, etc. Candidates can also separate these preferences into 3 categories: 'Must Have', 'Nice to have', and 'Do not want'.

When viewing a candidate's profile, if they have decided to include a preference section, it will be above their location section.

Finding candidates based on preferences

You have the opportunity to be very granular when searching for candidates by optimizing the 'Candidate's preferences' filter. This includes narrowing down by industry, company size, and career path. Since the preference section is optional for candidates, you can also include 'No preference specified' for any of the sections.

Preference Matching & Mismatching *NEW*

You can now easily see whether your company's preferences align with a candidate's, before even reaching out! Based on your Employer profile, our platform will alert you of any potential matches/mismatches.

You can still reach out to any candidate regardless of matches/mismatches.

TIP: Does your company offer something that they've listed as must have? Leverage that in your messaging!
