The Challenges feature within Hired Assessments allow your team to send out programming assessments to candidates that are automatically graded. This way, you can quickly surface top-performing candidates.
There are 3 main question types that can be asked: programming, multiple choice, and free response. You can choose from over 200 proprietary questions or include your own custom questions!
Challenges can also be time restricted: we typically recommend giving candidates anywhere between 30 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes, depending on how many questions are added and the level of difficulty.
