The Lever ATS integration allows you to send out Challenges and LiveChallenges to candidates right from Lever. To set up the integration, just follow these 3 quick and easy steps:
Decide on a “Trigger Stage”. This can be any of your stages but typically we recommend it to be after the Phone Interview and before the Onsite. Any candidates that are moved into the Trigger Stage will be sent an assessment.
Decide whether there is a default assessment you would like to be sent out whenever the candidate is moved into the Trigger Stage. Setting a default assessment works well if there is only one main assessment that candidates are assessed with. If multiple assessments are used frequently, we do not recommend setting a default assessment.
Reach out to your Hired CSM with the following information:
The Lever “Trigger Stage” that will trigger the assessment to be sent out.
Whether there should be a default assessment, and if so the name of that assessment.
