If you have questions about a candidate’s background, work history, experience, etc., please use the anonymous Q&A system that’s embedded into every profile. Think of it as a crowdsourced interview. Scheduling can also be done directly through the platform.
If you're integrated to Hired with an ATS, when candidates say "yes" to your Interview Request, they will automatically be pushed to your ATS. There, you can move candidates as you normally would and moving candidates to later stages will automatically update within your platform.
