New candidates join and leave Hired every single day. Candidates' profiles are only live on the platform for 10 weeks maximum. However, with current market trends, candidates are finding new opportunities in much less time than that. Due to the fast pace, we recommend reaching out to a candidate as soon as they spark your interest.
Hired uses a combination of algorithmic and human matching to promote the most relevant talent for your positions. You can also sort candidates by 'New to Hired' in order to surface the most recent candidates to the top of your position.
