To update your password, scroll to the main dropdown menu (top right of the Hired Platform where your name is) and select My Account.
Under the Password section, select ‘Update Password’. The following page will pop up:
Your password must use characters from at least 3 of these categories: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, symbols.
Your password must be at least 8 characters long.
Your password cannot contain your name (or a portion of your name).
Password and password confirmation must match.

On the login screen, select the hyperlink ‘Don’t know your password?’ right below the Email and Password fields.
Enter the email address associated with your Hired account:
You should receive an email with a reset password link within 24 hours. Please contact our support team if you run into any issues.
