Bias alerts will notify you before you make the offer and give the option to revise if you’ve made an offer that’s outside the range you’re typically offering for the same position.
The notification banner reads, “This offer is outside of your typical range for this position. Historically you’ve offered between X and X for this position. If desired, you can revise the offer on this screen.” This will begin after sending 3 interview requests per Position respectively as the Salary Bias Alert will need a baseline to start measuring standard deviations.
