What does my Interview Request look like to a candidate?
Once you send an Interview Request to a candidate, they will be notified via email and within the Hired platform.
When a candidate opens the request, they will see be able to see the position, salary, location, personalized message, and your company’s full Employer Profile. The candidate then has the opportunity to accept or reject the Interview Request, and add a response to your initial message.
Note: It is crucial for you to make sure your Employer Profile is complete, as this is the first opportunity for you to position your company competitively to the candidate.
In addition, candidates are automatically alerted 24 hours and 72 hours after receiving your Interview Request to encourage increased response rates. Hired’s interview request response rate averages 80-90% and interview request acceptance rate ranges between 50-60%.
