You can edit your Employer Profile by clicking your name in the upper right corner (must be logged in) and selecting ‘Edit employer profile’ from the drop-down menu.
A complete Employer Profile results in a 25% increase in interview acceptance rate. We recommend you complete your Employer Profile before you send your first interview request. Profile Visibility - see here!
Basic Information - this includes your company logo, year founded, number of employees, HQ Address, Company URL, and any additional URLs you’d like to share
Industry - you can select up to 3 industries that are most relevant to your business
Company story - write a compelling Mission Statement with up to 200 characters and share your team’s story
Tech stack - let candidates know the programming languages, frameworks, and databases your team is using

Videos and/or Photos that showcase culture, product, or anything else
As you’re making edits, you can always view what the candidate will see as you save your changes by either clicking on the ‘Candidates View’ button located below the categories on your left-hand side or by hovering above your name and selecting ‘Employer profile’.
