Your Hired Employer Profile is accessible by default to any visitor whether they are a candidate in our marketplace or not, so it’s important to make sure this is updated.
If you want to hide your Employer Profile, making it only available to candidates on Hired that you’ve reached out to, you will have to update the visibility option. To do so, hovering your mouse above your name in the upper right corner (must be logged in). Then, select 'Edit employer profile' from the drop down menu.
In the first section, titled ‘Profile Visibility', clicking on the pencil icon will open a pop-up where you can select ‘Only visible to candidates to whom you have made interview requests.’ Make sure to click on ‘Save changes’ and you’re all set!
