Employer Profile Best Practices

You can find your Employer Profile by hovering your mouse above your name in the upper right corner (must be logged in). Then, select 'Employer Profile' from the drop down menu. This serves as your first impression when you reach out to candidates.

A robust profile can help increase your interview request acceptance rates by allowing you to share your employer brand and showcase your total rewards package. This is your chance to show off your specific culture.

Boost Interviews with a Comprehensive Profile

A complete Employer Profile results in a 25% increase in interview acceptance rate. We recommend you complete your Employer Profile before you send your first interview request. Give candidates all of the information they need in one place by keeping the following checklist up-to-date:

  • Your company story

  • Tech stack

  • Exciting technical challenges

  • Relevant external links (press, tech blog posts, etc)

  • Photos and/or videos that showcases culture

  • Perks and benefits

  • Your office address

Tell your Employer Brand Story

Over 40% of candidates will not engage with companies they know nothing about. Your Employer Profile allows you to share your employer brand story with the world. A cohesive story includes:

  • Your compensation and benefits

  • What your culture is like

  • How your employees grow

  • Who is on your team

  • Opportunities for learning and growth

  • Cutting-edge technology

  • What innovative projects you’re working on

  • Compensation and Retirement

  • Health and Wellness

  • Vacation and Time Off
