Candidates have their own portal where they can view interview requests that come in and assess their opportunities.
Once a candidate clicks on "Review Request" (before accepting) or "View Conversation", they'll be taken to the following page where they're able to read the interview request message, as well as view the company's profile. This is why it’s very important to create and update your Employer Profile before reaching out to candidates.
Additionally, candidates have the ability to compare side-by-side interview requests “at a glance”. This includes tech stack, company size/industry, offer details, and the benefits your team has indicated your company offers within the ‘Benefits and Perks’ section of your Employer Profile. Anything that matches the candidate's preferences will be highlighted in blue.
